As a sign of our commitment to consumer privacy, AgDataOne is a participant in the Safe Harbor Agreement between the United States and the European Union, and meets the Safe Harbor principles published by the U.S. Department of Commerce.

In general, we will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you.
